About the Author

Adam Raze is a sci/fi fantasy author who was born in 1989 in Oklahoma City.

He developed an interest in writing and paranormal studies at the age of eleven.

He splits his time between Collyville, and Dallas Texas with his family and attends the University Of Texas At Arlington.

Free Preview (excerpt)

Down an ally, too small for the patty wagon to fit, he found himself, and under a pile of bushes where he hid until midnight.

With a slight phobia of calling-boxes now, he hiked along the back-streets until he arrived at Mitch’s parents one story brown and white bungalow.

He’d knocked about fifteen times at the door, Mitch prized it open. Clearly looking beyond sleepy, for he was fully dressed as if he’d planned to go somewhere.

His sleepiness quickly vanished, when he uttered; “They’re looking for you.”

“Who’s looking for me?” Josh demanded readjusting his duffel bag upon his arm.

“You know who’s looking for you dude, and I don’t think I want to be involved, trying to kill yourself and stuff? What’s getting into you.”

“I didn’t try to kill myself,” Josh protested immediately.

“I don’t believe you.”

“What do you mean, you don’t believe me? Have I ever given you the incentive that I hate living?”

“Well, yea…”

Hatred is what Josh felt that instant.

“Let me borrow your car since I can’t stay here,” Josh said thinking fast.

“No can do.”

“Come on.”

“Do ya think I’m that stupid? You could just go drive it off a cliff or into the ocean or something.”

Josh was now quivering with fury.

“And I thought we where buddies,” he said turning on his heel, for he didn’t care whether or not if Mitch was going to protest or not, for now he felt the most alone in the world then he’d ever felt in his entire life
